Account, billing and log-in questions

Everything about your account, membership, payments, photos and profile is handled by the members help centre. Include the email address you signed up with so the team can find your account. Never send your password.

Quick answers first: log-in help, billing, cancelling and refunds and deleting your account.

Reporting a member

If someone is rude, asks for money, seems to be using someone else's photos or makes you uneasy, report them from inside the members area: contact the help centre with their username and what happened, and keep screenshots. If you've lost money or feel in danger, contact the police too; our safety page lists who to call in each part of the UK.
