What this website collects

This is a static information site. It has no accounts, comments or contact forms.

No cookies, no tracking. This website sets no cookies and runs no advertising, analytics or tracking scripts.

Server logs. The site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel's servers automatically log technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the page you requested. These logs are used to keep the site secure, prevent abuse and keep it running well. We don't use them to build a profile of you or to advertise to you. The join box. If you type your email address into a join box on this website, it is sent to the members area at members.fishforsingles.com so you can start signing up. From that point it is handled under the members area privacy policy, not this notice.

Why we process it, and the legal basis

For visitors in the UK and the European Economic Area, we rely on our legitimate interests in running a secure, working website to process server log data. When you use a join box, your email address is passed on because you've asked to sign up.
